African Drum Classes
Join Chet Leach for West African Drumming at the Emerson. Chet will teach a traditional West African drum song along with beginning technique and rhythm exercises. Drums will be available for evening women classes and afternoon children classes. Don’t have a drum to play at home. We supply extra drums when available to take home and have fun playing your newly learned rhythms.
Classes meet at the Rhythms drum studio with 90 minute classes for women and 30 minute classes for children. The Women’s 6 series class is $145 and $85 for children. Come feel the power of polyrhythm! For class dates and times please email or call 580-8229.
